The Group has established two subsidiaries in Qinghai—Qinghai Kunlong Weiye Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Xining Lianchuang Mechanical Excavation Co., Ltd.—to operate three core mining projects. The company boasts a high-caliber, international team of professionals, including mining engineers, certified safety engineers, mineral processing engineers, survey engineers, electromechanical engineers, and geological engineers. With extensive practical experience and exceptional expertise, this team drives the Group's continuous innovation and leadership in global mining development, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
集团在老挝设立子公司成安老挝矿业及中投老挝矿业，深度布局矿产开发项目，覆盖琅南塔省、琅勃拉邦省、川圹省、华潘省的7个矿区，总面积超700平方公里，矿石资源量达1.25亿吨。目前，公司已拿到3张老挝政府颁发的勘探许可证及1张试验性开采与加工许可证。

The Group has established a wholly owned subsidiary, China Investment Mining(Laos) Sole Co.,Ltd And Asia Success Holdings Laos Mining Sole Co.,Ltd, to invest in mineral development projects. It owns 7 mining areas across xieng khouang, luang prabang, luang namtha, and houaphan provinces, covering an area of over 700 square kilometers with mineral resources of 125 million tons.At present, the company has obtained 3 exploration licenses issued by the laotian government and 1 experimental mining and processing license.
The company has gathered a professional technical team of more than 60 people with international standards, including senior geological engineers, mining engineers, beneficiation engineers, surveying engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, etc., to provide strong support and professional guarantee for the project. 集团在菲律宾设立全资子公司DML矿业资源有限公司，专注于铜、金、镍和海沙等矿产资源的勘探、开发和开采。项目战略性布局于吕宋岛北部的伊莎贝拉、新比斯开、阿巴尧、阿布拉等省。DML公司汇聚了一支涵盖30余高级勘探工程师、地质工程师、GIS制图专家等顶尖人才的专业团队，凭借卓越的技术实力和管理优势，不断推动矿业创新和资源优化，并与全球矿业专家紧密合作，共同引领行业发展。
DML公司矿权区总面积达17万公顷，其中铜金矿权区约13万公顷，镍矿权区约3万公顷，资源储备雄厚，经济影响深远。目前，DML公司已拿到5张菲律宾政府颁发的勘探许可证，还有十余张勘探许可证正在办理中。
The Group has established a wholly-owned subsidiary DML Mining Resources Limited in the Philippines, focusing on the exploration, development, and extraction of mineral resources such as copper, gold, nickel, and sea sand. The project is strategically located in the provinces of Isabella, New Biscay, Abayao, and Abula in the northern part of Luzon Island. DML has gathered a professional team consisting of over 30 senior exploration engineers, geological engineers, GIS mapping experts, and other top talents continuously promotes mining innovation and resource optimization by outstanding technical strength and management advantages meantime works closely with global mining experts to jointly lead the development of the industry.
The total area of the Group's mining rights is 170,000 hectares, with 130,000 hectares designated for copper-gold mining, 30,000 hectares for nickel mining, At present, DML has obtained 5 exploration licenses issued by the Philippine government, and more than ten exploration licenses are still being processed.
